Checked 2nd Floor Unit And Found System Empty. Pressurized System To Locate The Leak And Found Two Holes On Suction Copper Line. Holes Created By Roofing Nails Puncturing. Repaired Holes And Re-pressurized System To Further Assess For Leaks. Did Not Find Any Additional Leaks At This Time. System Held Pressure. Vacuumed Down System And Recharged With 7lbs R-410a.
Replaced Filters On Both Systems. Cleared And Tested Drains. Added Condensate System Treatment. Checked Electrical Components, Pressures And Amp Draw.
Found 1st Floor Unit Condenser Fan Motor Bearing Making Noise. Need To Replace Motor, Blade And Capacitor.
